  • 1 lb. chickpeas dried and soaked overnight
  • 1 thin sliced medium-sized onion
  • 6 crushed garlic cloves
  • One-fourth cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper in generous amounts

Recipe:

Combine chickpeas, onion, garlic, lemon zest, oil, and one or two massive pinches of salt in a very massive pot.
