Everything about the Four More Shots Please Season 2

What happens when a fearless journalist, a successful lawyer, a bisexual PT teacher and a 23-year old teenager bond over shots? You get a boatload of flaws, a bucket full of drama, a room full of laughter and a bang series. Hence it came as no surprise that Amazon Prime announced a second season for its only women centric series. Here, you can read on and find out the Four More Shots Please 2 release timing, Four More Shots Please 2 episode names, Four More Shots Please male cast, Four More Shots Please 2 reviews, and more.

With the success of Four More Shots Please season 1, the four girls – Damini, Anjana, Umang and Sidhi are back in season 2 with more problems and champagne bottles. Four More Shots Please 2 release timing, according to Amazon Prime, was April 17, 2020, which means it is already on-air. With the same number of episodes as last time – 10, one can assume that the girls, after their falling out at the end of last season, will make things right over some tears, hugs and…you got it – booze. Oh, and don’t you forget the selfies.

There are also some changes in the Four More Shots Please cast now. Season 2 sees Nupur Asthana replacing Anu Menon as director, while Ishita Pritish Nandy joins hands with her sister Rangita as a co-showrunner. The Four More Shots Please male cast doesn’t see many changes as Milind Soman, Neil Bhoopalam, Prateik Babbar, and Paras Toma reprise their roles as Dr. Aamir Warsi, Varun, Jeh, and Mohit Mehta respectively. Coming to the Four More Shots Please 2 reviews, as the star cast remains pretty much the same, just like most critics have been saying since season 1, they lack the acting skills required to actually sound convincing. The Four More Shots Please 2 reviews range from horrid to horrible-yet-binge-worthy, making this an ideal show in this quarantine affected time. Writer Devika Bhagat is rather shy of raw, risky content, occasionally scripting a bold change but then going back to the cheesy, cliched, at times too loud story.

Four More Shots Please 2 Complete Review

Those familiar with season 1 would know how a season of Four More Shots Please progresses. You start off as something and it all leads to something completely unexpected. At the start of the season, Anjana (Kirti Kulhari) is unsure what to do with her baby boyfriend who is already dreaming of giving each other foot massages as an octogenarian couple. Damini (Sayani Gupta) has put all that boy trouble behind her and wants to write a book on a murdered court judge. Umang (Bani J) is still in love with her superstar girlfriend who turns out to be bipolar and is played, rather horribly still, by Lisa Ray. Siddhi (Maanvi Gagroo), meanwhile, is tired of taking foreign trips on her mum’s money and wants to find her calling. By the 3rd episode, though, it has all changed and we see the routine made-up life problems taking a turn for the worse. The series touches upon various topics – from open marriage, infidelity, misogyny, body positivity to anti-nationalism – but doesn’t delve much deeper.

The Four More Shots Please 2 episode names are rather but a sorry attempt at being bold and sometimes upscale in terms of language. However, just like the entire series, the Four More Shots Please 2 episode names fail to convey any emotions or striking curiosity whatsoever. I mean, I wouldn’t rate a title like “Hooking up and Breaking up (episode 8)” a good episode name…I mean, didn’t the title just define the whole series? The Four More Shots Please 2 reviews may be generally negative, but the people seem to have chosen this show an ideal quarantine binge-watch this summer.

Four More Shots Please 2 Episode names:

1 “Together Forever?”
2 “Love Is A 4-Letter Word.F@#k Lust Hate Loss Fate”
3 “Spring Cleaning”
4 “Hell Bent!”
5 “Love is in the Air”
6 “Crossroads”
7 “Step into the Light”
8 “Hooking Up and Breaking Up”
9 “Noughts and Crosses”
10 “The One”

With the last episode named “The One”, one can only guess that the characters will find their better halves and their right calling and the show will end after 2 seasons. The critics will finally breathe a sigh of relief if Amazon Prime announces the end of this show. But hey, critics said the same thing after season 1 as well and we all got a season 2. That Amazon Prime is proud of its only women centric show was clear as they chose to announce the Four More Shots Please 2 release timing on the International Women’s day. So do we they have a season 3 planned? As I reiterate here, Four More Shots Please 2 episode names made it clear that the season would wrap up on a positive note unlike the fight that concluded season 1. All eyes will be on Amazon Prime for when they announce the future of the show.
